Craig R. Clements

Owner and President

Craig R. Clements founded Pro Electric, Inc. in 2005 and has overseen the growth and depth of our company utilizing keen business and leadership skills. Craig volunteers as a board member of the AICCW and currently serves as chair of the American Indian Construction & Trades Association (AICTA). Craig frequently serves behind the scenes, offering mentor-ship to DBE's who are new the to marketplace.

Don Manthei

Vice President of Operations

Don has been with Pro Electric from the beginning, bringing over 30 years of experience to our Company. Don acts as the Vice President of Operations, logging thousands of miles every year managing all of our Railroad projects. Don holds a plethora of certifications including eRailsafe Contractor Safety and Security Management. Don's expertise in bidding and mobilization management are a valuable asset across all of Pro Electric's business ventures. 

Kelly Clements

Director of Facilities

Kelly has been with Pro Electric, Inc. since 2010 and brings 30 years of logistical experience to his role as Director of Facilities. Kelly is our organizational genius, purchasing all materials, scheduling and mobilizing our equipment to projects, scheduling equipment for maintenance, and job specific shipping and receiving of material.

Vince Kirchoff

Business Manager

Vince has been with Pro Electric almost since its inception. In early 2006, Vince came over in a part-time capacity but due to the rapid growth of Pro Electric, began full-time employment later that same year. Vince has truly grown with the company, overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance and administration at Pro Electric, Inc. Vince's trust and faith in the people and purpose of our company is a foundation of Pro's success. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from MSOE.

Josh Sowle

Health and Safety Coordinator

Josh came to us in 2017 after an extensive search to find the best person to design and facilitate Pro Electric's Health and Safety Program. Josh has 7 years of Occupational Safety experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational, Environmental Safety and Health from UW Whitewater along with numerous certifications. Josh is continually developing policies and procedures that reflect best practice among the industries Pro Electric serves.

Suzy Guzman

Administrative Assistant

Suzy has been with Pro Electric since 2012. She was recruited by Craig and comes to us with a plethora of valuable skills and talent. Suzy is our Accounts Payable and Certified Payroll Specialist and manages our Fleet Reporting and Office Communication System. Suzy's positive outlook and sparkling laughter enhance our Pro Electric Administrative Office environment.

Jamie Castona

Administrative Assistant 

Jamie is our Payroll and Union Reporting Specialist who came to Pro Electric in 2015. Jamie brings over 15 years of expertise in her field of accounting and union relations. Since starting at Pro Electric, Jamie has additionally become our go to person on DOT Purchasing and multi State Location Services.

Carl Habermehl

Project Manager, Roadway Construction

With more than a decade of experience in the Electrical Construction Industry, Carl has an intimate knowledge of Wisconsin DOT and Outdoor Electrical Constructions processes. Carl received his Bachelor of Science from the UWM Lubar School of Business; his cross-functional background in purchasing, material handling, vendor relations and accounting give him unique experience and lends a fresh perspective in his role as a Project Manager at Pro Electric.

Canadian National Railroad

2016 through 2018

The Positive Train Control Upgrade Project started in Schiller Park, IL, proceeded through the state of WI, and ended in Virginia, MN. This project entailed work in over 200 locations. Work consisted of directional drilling and electrical service to complete an electrical upgrade on all train signals.

Drexel Town Square

Drexel

2016

Drexel Town Square was a Site lighting project in the City of Oak Creek, WI. This project featured retail, commercial, residential and civic development. Pro Electric trenched 14,000 feet of cable within conduit, erected 230 decorative street lights and installed a street light cabinet and two main feeders.

Milwaukee Public Musuem

2016 through 2018

This multi-year project consisted of replacing all main feeders for the Milwaukee Public Museum. Pro Electric replaced 100% of the primary switch gear and installed new transformers and main switchboards.

Winner of the 2017 Associations for Facilities Engineering State of Wisconsin Construction Project of the Year.

Our Transportation Division is uniquely qualified to handle every aspect of your project. The Transportation Division currently works on Street Lighting, Traffic Signal, Site Lighting, Airport Runways, and Freeway Management Systems (FTMS), augmented by Trenching, Back Hoe, Plowing and Fiber Replacement. Pro Electric, Inc. has the skilled, highly qualified team members and equipment for private, municipal, and state level projects throughout Wisconsin and neighboring states.

Commercial Construction

Exceptional Service

Our Commercial Construction Division works within a variety of commercial and industrial applications. Our team is proficient with Generator Installation, Medium Voltage Switch Gear, VFD's, Motors, Lighting Installations, Lighting Upgrades, Temperature Control Systems,
Feeder Installations, Wind Turbines and Solar PV. Pro Electric is currently working on projects for the Milwaukee County Courthouse, MPS, the Milwaukee Public Museum and General Mitchell International Airport.

Utility Construction Division

Our Utility Construction Division is not only capable of installing Electrical Raceways, Transformers, Junction Boxes, and Basements; Pro Electric's advanced equipment and highly trained and proficient employees perform On Grade Bores for water, sewer, electric, gas and data communication.
